Dealer Install Program

Cutting Edge Countertops' Install Program was created to benefit our Dealers and their customers.

It is our aim to provide a guaranteed measuring and install service. We pledge to provide 100% customer satisfaction through our professional, knowledgeable and courteous install team.

How It Works

1. Obtain colour and profile selection information from your customer.
2. Get your customer to provide you with approximate measurements and details of any "Extra" services required (see Dealer Installation Pricing Sheet).
3. Fax information and lay-out to our office for us to send you an Estimate including installation.

Final Quote Price

1. Cutting Edge Countertops will inspect and measure the existing countertops for a measure fee. A Final Quote will be faxed to you based on this inspection (store purchase order required).

Final Quote Accepted By Your Customer

1. Forward a purchase order, along with a final approval of the countertop install to our office.
2. Cutting Edge will notify your customer of a tentative installation date, this date is also forwarded to you with your Sales Confirmation.
3. Cutting Edge will contact your customer three business days prior to the install date to confirm date and time.

Upon Completion of Install

1. Our Installer will explain proper care and maintenance of the new countertops to your customer.
2. Installer will get a signature from your customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
3. Signed satisfaction (Packing Slip) will then be faxed to your store for your records.

Note:

• Minimum install charges will be implemented depending on location and quantity of countertops to be installed.
• The geographical area that Cutting Edge Countertops offers the Dealer Install Program is approximately a radius of 100km from Lindsay. For any installs outside of this area, please contact our office for pricing.
