Per Lineal Foot Countertop

Add total lineal footage of countertop sold, then multiply by per footage pricing for part of install pricing.

Delivery

Every install job will have a delivery charge.

Disposal of Old Countertop

Customer will have the option.

Sink Cut-out Only

Installer cuts a hole for an existing / new sink only. Plumbing is the responsibility of the customer. Existing sink and taps must be removed by customer before install begins. Re-connect of plumbing will be the responsibility of the customer also.

Cook Top Cut-out Only

Installer cuts hole for an existing / new cook-top only. Existing cook top must be removed by customer before install begins. Install and re-connect of the existing / new cook top is the responsibility of the customer.

Slide In Stove Cut-out

Installer cuts hole for existing / new slide in stove. Electrical wiring is the responsibility of the customer.

Re & Re of Existing / New Sink / Taps

Our installer removes existing sink / taps. Cuts hole for existing / new sink. Re-connects sink / taps to existing plumbing.

New Shut-off Valves / Flex Lines

Installer installs new shut-off valves and flex lines. Installer, at time of measure, could recommend if required.

New ABS Drains

Installer installs new ABS drains. Installer, at time of measure, could recommend if required.

Re & Re Dishwasher

Sometimes required to remove / install new countertops. Installer will recommend if required. If existing dishwasher is at the end of a run of cabinets, this is sometimes required.

Re & Re Soap Dispenser

Installer installs soap dispenser in new countertop.

Re & Re Hot Water Dispenser

Installer installs hot water dispenser in new countertop.

Assembled On the Job Standard Mitre

For mitres that are assembled on the job. Normally, all countertops with a mitre that has a length more than 72" on the short leg.

Assembled On the Job Lazy-susan / Dog Leg Mitre

For specialty mitres that are assembled on the job. Normally, all countertops with a mitre that has a length of more than 72" on the short leg.

Moving of Appliances for Countertop Installation

Installer will recommend if required. Customer has the option to move appliances themselvs.

Removal of Existing Countertop (non-post formed)

e.g Granite, solid surface, ceramic tile or flat work jobs. Installer to quote the cost.

Removal of Cabinets for New Countertop Installation

Required if the Installer requests. Installer to quote the cost.

Relocation of Dishwasher

Moved to a new location in the kitchen. Installer to quote the cost.

Minimum Install Charge

A minimum charge for any install will apply.

Wasted Day Charge

Will apply in the event that Cutting Edge Countertop Install Staff is unable to gain access to the residence on the agreed upon scheduled installation date.
